WHAT’S IN IT

Get ready for your best workout yet, with our most potent blend of ingredients to help build muscle and boost energy. PHOS HP™ combines phosphagen creatine for explosive power, taurine for added muscle boost, and glycogen-load carbohydrates to promote increased creatine uptake and prepare you for your intense workout routine.*

WHY IT WORKS

Creatine, the major ingredient in PHOS HP™, provides muscles with high-energy power right before your workout, to help you train harder and faster. The added glycogen-load carbohydrates make creatine even more effective by promoting rapid uptake in muscles, allowing for more total creatine accumulation and encouraging peak power during your workouts.

HOW TO USE IT

For rapid creatine loading, take up to 4 servings per day for 5-7 days. For creatine maintenance, take 1 serving per day, mixing 2 scoops with 8 oz. water. Take 30-60 minutes before a workout for best results.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Best creatine supplement ever! I first started using the original Phosphagen HP way back in the late 90's. I was devastated when it was discontinued and no matter what creatine supplement I used afterward it just didn't compare.I am so glad this has returned. It is without doubt the best creatine supplement ever. The only complaint I have is that it tastes much sweeter than before and it can't be bought over the counter in Australia. November 6, 2013
